Our employment practice assists clients to develop employment policies, put in place appropriate employment contracts and to deal with severance requirements. As part of the employment practice, we also advise clients on legal issues surrounding employee rewards and incentives.

We also have substantial experience in employment issues which come up as part of an M&A transaction. Our partners have advised on redundancies flowing out of M&A events, synchronization of benefits for complying with no less favourable terms and offer process following completion of M&As.
